1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW
Welcome to the website www.simallin.com (the “Platform”), operated by Simallin Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). Our Platform provides a seamless way for travelers to buy and manage eSIM data plans, keeping them connected on compatible devices around the world.
The Services we provide include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Facilitating the purchase of eSIM data plans for various destinations and durations.
- The digital delivery of eSIM profiles.
- Providing customer support for issues related to the purchase, installation, and activation of eSIMs.
It is fundamentally important to understand that we act solely as a reseller for eSIM services. We are not a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) and do not operate our own cellular network. The connectivity services are provided by third-party carrier partners in various countries. Consequently, the availability, network quality, coverage, and data speed are entirely dependent on these external carriers and are subject to their policies, network management, and the local infrastructure. We strongly recommend that you check the coverage maps for your specific destination(s) before purchasing, as service is not guaranteed in all areas.
2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
To ensure clear understanding and consistent interpretation of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- The term “Platform” refers comprehensively to our website and all services, features, and functionality accessible through its interface.
- The term “Services” encompasses the complete range of offerings available through our Platform.
- The term “eSIM” (embedded SIM) refers to a digital SIM profile that allows you to access a mobile data network without requiring a physical SIM card.
- The term “Plan” or “Data Plan” denotes a specific eSIM data package, defined by its data allowance, validity period, and coverage zones.
- The terms “User”, “You”, “Customer” refer to any individual, entity, or organization that accesses, browses, registers with, or uses our Platform in any capacity.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase, including a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
3.3 Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. PRICING, PURCHASE, AND DELIVERY
4.1 Pricing and Payment
All Plan prices are listed on the Platform and are charged upfront at the time of purchase. Prices may be in euro (EUR) or other currencies stated on the Platform. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.
4.2 Delivery of eSIM
Upon successful payment, your eSIM profile will be delivered digitally and/or made available in your account dashboard on the Platform. The eSIM is a digital product.
4.3 Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is unlocked, supports eSIM technology, and is compatible with the networks in your destination country. We are not liable for any lack of compatibility or device malfunction.
5. REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
5.1 General No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital nature of eSIM delivery, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable laws or regulations. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable laws or regulations, please contact our customer support.
5.2 Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at email address within 14 days of purchase, and must include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
We will then investigate the matter with our relevant partners. This process typically takes up to 10 business days. If additional time is needed for complex cases, we will inform you and provide an updated timeline.
You will be notified of our final decision within 3 business days after the investigation is completed. Please note that all refund determinations are made at our sole discretion.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days from the approval date. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
6. USER AND PLATFORM OBLIGATIONS

- Delivering eSIM profiles after successful payment.
- Providing support for issues related to the purchase process.
7. LIABILITY FRAMEWORK AND RISK ALLOCATION
7.1 Service Limitations
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not liable for the performance, availability, or quality of the underlying data network, which is provided by third-party carriers.
- Data speeds are not guaranteed and may vary based on network congestion, location, and device capability.
- Coverage is as advertised by our carrier partners but is not guaranteed in all areas.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to connect to a network, including inability to make emergency calls.
7.2 Financial Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Plan that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Platform, its original content, features, functionality, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of Simallin Limited. The eSIM profiles and data plans are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
9. DATA PRIVACY
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). By using the Platform, you consent to such data collection and processing.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Platform relies on third-party services, including payment processors and mobile network operators. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of these third parties.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
